Having trouble logging in?

Your username is firstname.lastname

If you are the second person to enrol with that first and last name, your username will be firstname.lastname02. 

If you are the third, it will have an 03 on the end, etc.

If firstname.lastname is more than 20 characters it will stop at the 20th character. Example - username for Arnold Schwarzenegger would be arnold.schwarzenegge - the 21st character has been removed.

Your first password is your birthdate in the form ddmmyyyy (8 digits).

If this user name and password are not successful  please change your password.

If you are unable to login to change your password please contact your library.

STAFF - use usual network login.
