Tasmania 40 degrees south is a magazine which celebrates all that is good about Australia's island state.  Richly illustrated with superb photographs, it present the wilderness, wildlife, culture, industry, landscapes and people of Tasmania.

Ornament is a US based magazine which presents information and photographs of personal adornment.  Inspiration may be from different cultures, times long past or new designers and artists.  It provides an insight into the art of personal adornment, including jewlery, beads, costume and clothing.

The Print Council of Australia Inc. is a not-for-profit visual arts organisation that promotes, through IMPRINT magazine, all forms of contemporary prints, artists' books, and paper art.  Print related networks, awards, residencies, exhibitions and general news related items to keep printmakers aware of happenings.

This glossy US magazine is aimed at the professional photographer.  It views photography as an art form, with technical information and high quality photographs of featured photographers.  The website does not seem to function correctly but the back issues have valuable information..

Coverage includes artist profiles, technical information, full-color images of artist’s works, topical presentations, exhibition reviews.  An American publication with 10 issues per year.

Did you know that the Launceston Campus Library has a collection of Foreign Language fiction items.   We have over 600 books and CD Roms in 27 Languages.
